Summer's drifting away

Grilled corn is a major sign saying "Summer's here".
You find the streets, specially the sea side filled with corn stands being grilled on coal and the sparks glittering and scattering all around. The smell also fills the place...
Now, I can hardly find one!! So guess summer is almost over, regardless of the weather, which is still sometimes blazing hot.., like it or not,the academic year starts in two weaks :( !!

  3. Well Eric, it used to be a 4 seasons country, but after global warming , well winter is slipping away :( Sadly, since it's my fav. season. But these changes are happening almost every where.
And yess, it stucks alot to the teeth, irritating, but tasty.. I never had it with butter though. Boiled corn is what I sometimes have with butter, but never grilled ones.

Splashy, thank u,I'm glad I'm back too..missed it alot over here.
Our Academic year ALWAYS starts in mid september and ends in July. I envy you though cuz it's cold over there, we've had some of the worst heat waves in years over here..., but it's starting to get better, thank God.
